Sent a "service tech" out to troubleshoot/repair our icemaker. Took him over an hour to drive the 15 minute trip. He looked at the name plate, sat down and spent a half hour on the phone with the manufacturer's tech support dept. Told me the part they said I needed and billed me for 1.5 hours of service time. When I called the office about it, I found out that the "guaranteed satisfaction" they brag about apparently only means if you're NOT satisfied, you can kick rocks and find somebody else to serve your needs. They charge a set half hour travel time fee and apparently then also charge you "service" time for the time the tech... read full review
