I always have a wonderful experience at Williams & Associates Eyecare! They have worked with my dry eye issue for a long time & we have tried multiple plans. I think we have finally found the answer for my continual itching, burning, watering eyes!!!! They will work with you until you are completely satisfied!The staff is always friendly, polite and easy to talk to! There is never a wait!I went in for a lazer eye treatment today. I was very nervous but Dr Williams & the staff made me feel very comfortable and preformed the procedure without any pain. I was delighted. They are always patient and kind. Dr Shelly has been a trusted Optometrist for years. She is caring and thorough. Her staff is friendly and professional. Her products are of the highest quality. She has been my optometrist for over 20 years
First visit after dissatisfaction with my previous provider and my question to myself is why didn't I find Dr. Williams years ago?! Wonderful experience from the minute we arrived and throughout the exam. Everything explained well, questions answered.. felt like family.
