We've been living here for about a year and a half . Management is very understanding love the location . Any maintenance is done in a timely matter . I moved in renting a smaller unit at first then moved into a full house with them and I absolutely fell in love with it . The transfer was quick and easy.

I lived on Cambridge Ln. The area and apartment is wonderful! Personally the area is to quiet. No rude neighbors or late night parties where I lived. The staff are very polite and helpful. Any issues I had were taken care of in a timely manner. I move to a different city otherwise I’d still be there!

We loved our home while we lived there. We were in one of the two bedroom single family homes with 2 car garage. I know of most of the rental places in Willmar and Koosmans have some of the nicest. They are on the higher end of cost but you do get what you pay for. Some people complain about the quality and craftsmanship but come on, they are rental homes. Compare these houses to the other houses available for rent in Willmar and I'd take a Koosman home any day of the year. Our neighbors were friendly, and thats if you ever saw them because its such a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time there while we where we were working on our forever home.
