Colin came over and walked through each room and offered advice on possible options for both. Options that I did not think of but with his description, could tell Colin's vision coming to shape in my home. He was always prompt with my questions concerning the project. His team were prompt and responsible when they came to my house. The job site was always clean. And although there were setbacks outside of their control from lumber and material restrictions, they were able to finish ahead of time. I am looking forward to working with Ulmer Construction for future projects. 10 stars up!“

“Lang Builders did a complete MAJOR remodel of our main level about 1200 square feet in October 2023. Lang Builders built our home in 1996 and have completed all our additions since. (laundry room addition in 2005, 4 season porch in 2010, complete master bath remodel in 2019) . They are honest, hard working, hands on craftsmen who do an amazing job. We stayed in our home during the remodel and while it was not easy Tim and Justin Lang and all the employees were like family. They did an excellent job in sticking to a very tight schedule communicating with us daily. The quality of work is superb. Honestly, there is no one I would trust more . It says a alot when you use the same builder for almost 30 years.“

“I needed new downspouts as I was having issues with a wet basement. I contacted Gutter Geeks. They came right away did an assessment and estimate. Dan came a day later to install my downspouts. It started to pour rain, strong winds, thunder and lightning. Dan stayed through it all and completed the job. The downspouts look absolutely fabulous and best of all I have a dry basement. I would highly recommend them!“
