I had called Thursday night because our air wasn't working. The guy who answered the phone was super helpful, and sent someone out the next morning at 9am. We had several other companies out that day too, just to get opinions and costs. We ended up deciding to go with Furnance Doctors because they had the best pricing, so I called Friday night after hours, and again, I was able to speak to someone. He scheduled an appointment for 9am on Monday to have it fixed. It only took them an hour to replace our blower motor, and control panel! I would highly recommend going with them. Furnace Doctors just did a tune up on our 10 year old AC and was very pleased. I’ve been unhappy with other companies that seem to do less of a tuneup and more of a sales call. Jim showed me a couple issues that will likely need to be repaired or monitored over the next year, but did not try to hard sell any of it. I generally avoid service plans, but they did such a great job that I was happy to sign up for theirs.

Matt and Jim were exceptional with customer service and gave us great service and peace of mind! Two visits between the two of them.
