We had a great experience with Swenson. When our a/c stopped working unexpectedly, Swenson was able to get a technician out and a new unit ordered and installed within just a few days. Joshua was kind and professional and took his time explaining everything to us throughout the whole pricess. I'd highly recommend Swenson and will definitely be using them for our future needs. My technician, Josh, was absolutely the best! I can’t say enough about how great the experience was. He listened to me and answered my questions. He addressed my concerns. He shared insight about my furnace and air conditioning system. I feel confident that everything is running as best as it can. He was so friendly and caring and personable. He even took the time to get to know me so that next time I am not just a customer, I am part of the Swenson family.
