We recently had PHI install the Sun Coast Power screens on our west facing deck at our cooperative . PHI sent a lot of time meeting with our coop residents showing us our options. Twenty some residents ordered 30 screens for various deck configurations. When the order was placed we got a delivery date which they beat but a week. They set up a schedule to install them they were on time and very professionally installed them in about two weeks. The installers were very neat and efficient making the whole process painless and enjoyable. PHI was one of the 4 companies I considered. They were in the final 2 list when we checked references. We selected them when instead of following our initial design, they came forward with a much better design, instead of just quoting what we had in mind. They delivered on time, very high quality product. In addition, all the team was easy to work with. Very kind and professional team. We were delighted.
