Went to talk with a clerk at this store about my wife's glasses which we got a call saying my wife had to select new frames because the ones she wanted weren't available in her color choice. I started to explain to the customer service person the problem when she laughed at me; I told her "don't laugh at me" and she arrogantly replied "I wasn't laughing"! Don't gas light me; I'm 71 and been around awhile. You can bet I won't go back to that store again! By the way I am telling people I know how I was treated; I guess older people are entertaining at the Mayo Clinic; well "he who gets the last laugh..."!
