We are so very grateful for Chris and Ken at Rainbow Shoreview. They were both phenomenal. I can’t imagine any company could provide better service than what we received from them. Chris and Ken took all the stress off of us and communicated so efficiently with our insurance company. They really went to bat for us making the process easy and smooth for my family. It was amazing and we didn’t have to do anything! They took care of it all. They definitely have a gift in working with insurance companies and fairly getting our damaged house the proper repairs. Jake, Warren, and Jeff are about as stellar as guys come. After fretting for so many months about the mold in our basement and attic, they arrived with a fancy meter and alleviated our fears—our mold levels were fine. Their honesty meant they didn't make any money, but, it raised their karma—big-time.
Jeff was super kind and helpful to our family throughout the process of getting our possessions taken care of after our garage collapsed. Always easy to reach, and their team provided excellent service. Thank you!
