Owner and teachers are very nice, prompt, and relaxed. I love what Yoga Fit has to offer, my experience has always been positive, supportive and kind. My favorite teacher at Linden Hills is Sarah and Katie H, you must try their classes!!!

I am an absolute loyal member of YogaFit going on 4 years now. The teachers all greet you by name when you visit, making you feel very welcome. Ashok is the epitome of an exemplary small business owner. He is super responsive in answering questions and helping to make sure you always have a great experience.

Clean studio, friendly instructor and a decent workout. I do want to point out that I did not like the music playing in the background; it's hard to shut your brain off with John Mayer playing. I much prefer silence or like a soft, slow, instrumental. I attended using ClassPass and might be back if they have openings through ClassPass in the future.
