I've had many positive experiences at the lab over the past year. I've been to the lab several times. Like the rest of this facility, it's super efficient, fast, and relatively painless. I've never had to wait more than 10 of 15 minutes before I got service...whether it was a blood draw or an X-ray. The RFID thing always seems to catch me off guard. When you're standing in front of staff at the main desk, they know exactly who you are! Your RFID tag tells them. They still have to ask you and confirm. But still...it's pretty cool. Had an interview here scheduled during the weekend so there was not much going on that day. However, I walked by this place to make sure I knew where I was going and I was surprised to find an army of people holding iPads asking how they can help the moment I entered the building. Great concept and really helpful! This is something I would like to see at other hospitals. This center was newer and very clean. It usually has a restaurant on the first floor but again this was closed on Saturday. There are, however, vending machines where you can get something to eat near the bathrooms.
