We unfortunately lost our sweet dog Roxy the other day but Minnesota Valley Pet Hospital was a blessing for us. Losing our sweet girl was completely unexpected and she was not going to make it to her usual vet out of town. I had called around to other places and they referred us to emergency clinics in the Twin Cities. As we started our drive there, Roxy started to decline fast and we knew she was passing. We knew she wasn't going to make it to either the emergency vet or to her usual clinic out of town.

The entire staff is compassionate and kind. The vets always call me personally and, honestly, spend more time explaining things to me than my family doctor. They often recommend a range of care options and don't just jump to the extremes. The wait to get an appointment is sometimes long, but it seems like they do their best to accommodate.

The vets and techs are always nice. The reception area is clean and I've never had to wait. I've had a few emergencies and they've always been there at any time of night. Maybe on the more expensive side, but worth the care I've received.
