Been going here for 3 years. Here’s what I have noticed. Front desk is very friendly. All these complaints about them seem to have 1 thing in common. They wanted an exemption to the rules and didn’t get it. Follow the rules as they are stated rules are rules. You aren’t special. Front desk knows me and many others by name. Love them. They’re great. They deal with lots of people lying to them to get in on guest passes. I see it all the time. People go as far as to argue with them over it. I recently joined Life Time Fitness Club, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The facility is nothing short of spectacular. It’s spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with state-of-the-art machines and equipment. Every corner of the club is designed with the member’s comfort and convenience in mind, making it a pleasure to work out here.
The amenities are outstanding. The luxurious locker rooms, complete with steam rooms and saunas, provide a perfect way to unwind after a workout. The indoor and outdoor pools are pristine and offer a great environment for both serious swimmers and those looking to relax. There’s also a full-service spa... read full review

I love this gym and have been a LifeTime member since probably 2008. Anyways, great gym and most of the equipment is great, but your treadmills at this location are garbage and I know you know that. Warped walking/running belts - many of which make a noise every step you take which is repetitive (obviously) and gets super annoying. Many are missing or have broken cup holders, some have bad touchscreens, some have belts that slip (on the verge of starting to be dangerous) some wobble a bunch every step you take...anyways, it's time for reinvestment in the treadmills, or at the very least replace the belts and replace the ones that are in really bad shape. Thank you!
