WestAIR responded promptly to my call for A/C service. I got a call prior to servicing to confirm the time would work with my schedule.The issue with the A/C was accurately diagnosed and immediately addressed. In addition, we discussed servicing of the A/C and Furnace which were installed by WestAIR 6 years ago, the nature of the equipment, issues being addressed with manufacturers and a plan for on-going maintenance.WestAIR recognized my desire to schedule regular maintenance appointments to prevent major repair bills. The service technician, Zach, was very thorough in my furnace tune up, answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns.I had one question in particular and he found the problem immediately.He is definitely excellent at what he does, along with being a good listener and explainer.Services: Duct and vent repair
