My AC stopped working just when the heat and humidity were rising. B&C was able to schedule service within 24 hours. Nick arrived within the window timeframe I was given. He called with a heads up when he was on his way. He worked diligently and was very knowledgeable when explaining what he was doing. I will definitely be using this company anytime I have plumbing/HVAC issues.
