Been with this company since 2018 as a owner operator. They have good things and bad, as most companies. The biggest problem I have is the maintenance program. They take so much per mile and put it in a bank pool account. It's not a separate account, you get no statement of what you have put in it, or what you have taking out of your account. You have to ask for your balance, and they collect on what interest you would have gotten. The biggest disappointment which I'm living tonight, is they work 0600 to 1300 Monday though Friday, if your load gets canceled on a Friday and they can't find you anything by quiting time. Afternoon. I was going north on HWY 52 towards Saint Paul at 10:41 am. At the Mendota on/off ramp. And one of your drivers never moved over as it was crystal clear that driver could have and almost drove me into the ditch. So please remind the drivers about the rules and laws in the state of Minnesota. Or someone else just might.

Working with Michelle and the rest of the LSI team has been nothing short of exceptional! If I were to spitball it, I believe we've been working with LSI for the past 3-4 years and their service level has been consistently great. Can always count on them to execute to the highest level while also providing transparent communication through and through! 10/10, would recommend!
