WOW, the update to this gym is incredible. From the AMAZING massage chairs to the new lifting platforms. Fancy red light saunas. I absolutely cannot get over how great this facility is. The staff is so nice and supportive. Eliott makes signing up a breeze and the personal training option was appreciated. Honestly, if you’re even considering it or have any hesitations just go check it out. 1000% worth it- plus no contracts.

Spanking new equipment, a couple of massage chairs (and one cryo), sauna booths, showers...
It packs the value and it will be hard to find a more price-competitive gym than this one around the neighbourhood.
Manager is friendly and professional.
Will go here whenever I'm in town.

It's a very complete and nice gym, there are always machines available.The bathrooms and the equipment are always nice and clean.Eliott, the manager, is super helpful and super nice.
