Woodbury's lifetime is a good family gym, people is respectful and aquipment is very keep there a guy everyday who verify the machines i have see doing and fixing, the pool is small for adult people not for kids, Environment is nice wish be more bigger like the other ones. But nice place expensive but worth the money

The equipment is not new like other lifetimes, but they have what you would need! The mens locker room is the only one that has a sauna, which is a huge bummer for the women who like saunas. This is a Lifetime Express, so it is small. But overall, I still like it and it helps that I can get in and out really quick!

I have an Onyx membership, so I can go anywhere.But when I want a peaceful, not-crowded workout.I go here!All the front desk staff is so friendly and treat you like family.Love this place.
