Best UC I've ever been to!!! The online appointment & form completion option made my visit quicker than what it would have been at another UC. The staff was SUPER nice, very professional & knowledgeable. The NP listened to my concerns & provided her expert advice/treatment plan. This will now be my family's UC. I highly recommend them if you're looking for an UC that cares; they truly put the CARE in Urgent CARE :-)
It was quick and easy to make an appointment, and they were able to do a curbside Covid test, but the communication wasn’t very good. I had to call three times the following day to finally get my results (they were there, but on the doctors desk), and when I got them, I didn’t get any advice on what to do in regards of medication or treatment. I ended up calling my PCP. They did email me quickly with my proof to provide to work, though, and called me a few hours later with results but I already had them at that point. Overall, positive experience, but the communication could improve.
I made an appointment online. I was seen immediately, the staff were all great. I think I was there a total of 15 minutes, got a diagnosis and my prescription called in. Would definitely return!
