I am an elderly lady and during the last heatwave my air conditioner quit working. Everyone at Family was wonderful from Tasha who got me an appointment the same day to Ron, the best HVAC tech in town. It wasn't an easy job but Ron got it done, in the 95 degree heat. Bless you Ron and the great folks at Family.
Moe is first class. Second time he has helped me with filling my old a/c unit with freon. He always goes the extra mile to check to make sure everything is working and even washed down the unit after his visit. Great service!
Mario B and Garrett came out today to address an electrical issue I was having, flickering lights, dimming and brightening of lights when using bigger appliances. That were able to diagnosis the problem quickly and correctly and explain everything to me in layman's terms. I highly recommend them!
