We have hired Prime Time Plumbing multiple times going back over a decade. Bruce is my absolute favorite plumber.He is on time, reliable, stands behind his work, easy to speak with and just a great person. We did a remodel a few years back and when other trades came across his work they noticed and remarked that he did a great job. He also excels at customer service. He is reasonable and on the level about explaining and telling you what is going on and what to expect. I had a hot water tank issue that I called him about last night. I needed some plumbing work done and made a phone call and without delay was able to get a reasonable estimate. I was very satisfied with the quality, cost, and will recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Had a major disaster in my basement!!!All the drainage pipes under the floor had rotted out.Bruce and his amazing crew came out and replaced everything with PVC piping.Can’t say enough good things about their service!!Was given a quote upfront which they stuck to, crew was always on time,clean,neat and very professional!
