Dee was absolutely so sweet!! Very helpful!! Above and beyond service!! She was so sweet helping me pick frames while my eyes were dilating! All the staff was super sweet, Dr. Jill Goldberg was very thorough and very nice!! I'm so happy I found them, my last experience at another place was awful. I highly recommend Pearle Vision at this location!!! Thank you so much!!!

Honestly felt was there way too long. Was wanting some additional assistance to try and get done quicker but felt the lady helping us was offended or just wasn't clicking when I suggested perhaps someone could help my daughter look for glasses while she helped me figure insurance and my options.

Everyone at Pearle Vision of Waterford is wonderful. The doctor took his time to explain the different type of lenses I was receiving, which was so helpful. Dee, who assisted me in picking out my frames was helpful and honest.
