Flame has serviced my HVAC units since they've installed it in 2016. All the service techs that have come were excellent, polite, knowledgeable, and considerate. I especially like that they have very skilled female technicians and I always request them! Most recently, I used their plumbing service, and Rob is awesome. This is probably the 2nd or 3rd time he's been to my home and he's always so helpful, friendly, and does clean work. hard to do with plumbing. I cannot express my praises enough to all the Flame techs I've worked with!
I learned a lot at Flame HVAC as an installer. Thank you for the 200+ installations worth of knowledge while I was there. And thank you to all the installers (most left the company now), for putting effort into teaching me about how to make installations look beautiful.
Better experience today than Yesterday!!!
I decided to give this company another try due to its long tenure in business & reviews. The receptionist today KiResha (sorry if I spelled wrong) WAS AMAZING! She is the reason my review changed from yesterday. She was very informational & knew exactly what to do & was able to book my appointment for today after dealing with a receptionist yesterday that didn’t meet expectation of what this company’s reviews say.
