“I felt it was important to share some updates with fellow pet owners who are considering this establishment. While I initially believed the care they provide for pets was excellent based on their social media presence, I’ve since come across multiple troubling reviews that suggest a different story about the level of care they offer. In addition to my concerns about a specific staff member, a young woman with curly hair who has been involved in inappropriate relationships with underage individuals and exhibited questionable behavior on social media. I’ve learned that she has attempted to cover up these actions by attributing them to influences from Japanese “Lolita” culture, which she claims to have picked up despite being almost 30 years old. Although she appears to have shifted her attention to dating older individuals, they are still significantly younger than her, which remains highly concerning. Given these revelations, I advise fellow parents to exercise caution when bringing both your children here. While some of their online content may suggest they care for pets well, it’s highly important to consider this and other concerns to ensure everyone’s safety during your visits, from a concerned mother. I’ve rated this review as 5 stars to ensure it gets seen by more people, even though my concerns are serious.“

She’s always being super patient and answering all of our questions as well as recommending the best route for our puppy during his vaccines and appointments. “I appreciated the staff, the resources and the time. We have a difficult patient (very anxious dog) and were having issues that could not easily be explained. The team took their time to explore all avenues and call in resources to diagnosis the issue. They remained transparent and communicative all aspects.“

“Ive had nothing but good expieriences with this vet. I dont say this lightly. I went through 5 other Vets until I found him. Hes a excellent Veternarian in my opinion. He treated my Harley for his allergies and other issues consistantly. Im not the kind of person who trusts people easily. Especially Veternarians. But him and his Vet Techs are awsome, professional and I like them all.“

“Troy and Heights Animal is Awesome. Very reasonable prices and extremely clean facility. I was able to place an appointment online and be seen by the veterinarian within 48 hours. The vet and staff were knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. Because life is what it is our FurBaby did not respond well to any medication for her asthma. We decided it was time to release her from this worldly body. The office staff had set up a quiet room with tissues and other comforts to ease the pain of her passing. I am very grateful that we found this place. Days like today are difficult. To surrender is difficult. The compassionate and kind professionals in this office ensured our pets’ safe passage from this world while easing my and my families pain. Thank you for that. “Warren Animal Clinic is the best. Dr Sweeton is the best veterinarian. I would not take my cats anywhere else. When my cats have been sick, they make a accommodations to squeeze us in. Dr Sweeton Is very knowledgeable and caring. I love that she will go through pricing before beginning any tests. She cares so much about the comfort of the animals. I moved away from the area and still drive 45 minutes to see her.“

“I called because our almost 11 year old Pitbull was pacing and shaking and just acting not like himself. I was expecting to have to wait a few days to get him in but they were able to get him in same day with Dr. Purdy. She spent a lot of time going over our boy and making sure not to miss a thing! At 8 and a half months pregnant with a sick dog made me anxious but she made me feel very comfortable about our course of treatment and at ease that he’s should start feeling better soon!“
