She gave me great advice about placement and helped me pick out a meaningful tat to celebrate my progress. She has a great, chill, and friendly vibe. All of the women that work here are extremely nice and have always gone above and beyond to explain every procedure, such as piercings, and tattoos that I have received. I would highly recommend people to come here based on those things. Although I visited the shop today and had a poor experience with their male staff member who had horrible customer service skills and made me feel very unwelcomed. I will make sure to call ahead or ask to be helped by someone else in the future due to this experience. The others in the shop seemed uncomfortable as well by the way he was speaking to me. I got my septum pierced by Heather a week ago. Healing very nicely and I couldn’t be happier. Heather is great. She was quick and gentle. Very easy going and she keeps an assortment of squishies in case you need something to squeeze. Shop was clean and the whole process was super easy. Highly recommend!
I’ll definitely be heading back in for other work of sorts. 10/10
