Why is this place so expensive. It's a decent course but the price is stupid. I think its because of the location. Drive 30 minutes north and pay the same price for a much better course.

it’s an ok course. the challenge is there but there are several holes where you’re next to the roads, and they’re busy roads too. pace of play is ok, but i have not seen any ranger out there to enforce it.
