My furnace broke down and Walters and Hemming were to the rescue. They temporarily fixed my broken boiler (so I didn't have to be cold or live without hot water) while Jason ordered a new one. They got me on the schedule and Ben and Luke did an outstanding job replacing my boiler system in only one day. They fixed my chimney and capped it; the way it always should have been. Thank you to Jason for making me feel like he genuinely cared about my family and our comfort. He was honest, dependable, and priced fairly. Thank you for your wonderful service. Great products and service and very affordable pricing. I don’t do too many reviews, but wanted to take the time to do this one. Jason and Christina have put together a great crew to carry on the Walter Hemming tradition of great service and quality products. Mike at the counter is always helpful when you need a part or just some advice on what might be wrong if you are having a problem. I had my system switched out last February, of course during our regular Traverse City snow storms.
