We chose McQuade Heating and Cooling for our new furnace and AC installation, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. After meeting with three other HVAC companies, McQuade stood out because they were the only ones who took our request for a zoning system on our second floor seriously. Everyone else wanted to install a mini-split in one room and call it a day.
Steve, our salesman, was incredibly patient and answered all our questions as we navigated HOA approval for our high-efficiency furnace.

Thank you. i had to contact McQuade Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Tuesday evening. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. Colin and Dominic came to my house Wednesday. They called on way, were polite and friendly, very clean and neat with the repair I needed. They explained what was happening and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with them. I would definitely recommend this local family owned company!
I am so happy with my new HVAC system. The whole process was great. The guys installing the HVAC knew their stuff. They made it super easy. It’s been a week since the install, and I wish I could give them 6 stars. If only the did roofing….
