Been to 2 different SVS stores… because that is where my insurance was through…and had horrible customer support and service. St Clair Shores office goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and important. Dr Kayner gave me the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. She was personable and very patient… Marianne that helped me with my glasses was very professional, supportive and kind!! Think I’ve found my new home for exams and glasses!!
I liked the care of the optometrist and the time she took to ensure proper prescription and the front people were courteous and helpful in my selection and fitting of my new glasses
Ive been a customer of SvS Vision for a few years now. I have yet to have any bad service. Every phone call, appointment, purchase, and follow up, I have been treated professionally. I recently stopped in with no appointment to get my broken glasses fixed or replaced. They seated me right away. Within about 15 minutes, I had my new frames picked out, form of payment plan picked, and all the extras I wanted, paid and walked out the door. New glasses arrived a week later. I will continue to be a customer here.
