I only have praise. I cold called Residential Electric requesting information about a Generac generator price and how the install process works. The owner, Danny responded to all my questions, he never tried to deceive me in anyway. We reached an agreement, they delivered the unit on the date expected, then a day later he and his team descended onto our property and hours later, the intricate, complex installation process was done, and all systems tested good. So, if you want someone who is respectful, and stands behind their word, you’ve come to the right place.
My power got knocked out by a storm and I started having problems with my circuit breaker. Danny walked me through the problem over the phone and got my power back on in only a few minutes.
Danny sent out Josh to complete our job, and he did a great job! Danny was responsive to our phone calls/texts when we had concerns. Knowledgeable when asking about codes. Will use them in the future.
