I am so thankful (and impressed) by how we have been treated and cared for by everyone (including the call center at U of M). This was our 2nd visit to the office.
Yesterday, my kids were sick and needed and urgent, same day appointment. We are in the process of switching care to U of M- Saline and have only had the chance to get 2 out of 3 kids scheduled to establish care. Of course, the 1 kid that wasn't able to also needed to be seen. I figured she wouldn't be able to get an urgent appointment because she wasn't a current patient.

I've been going here for a little over a year now, and it's been an absolute different experience from any doctor's office I'd been to previously. They were actually able to help me figure out my issues after previous other doctors would point towards my weight. I know I'm overweight, but I'm perfectly healthy from a metabolic standpoint. My doctor disregarded that and actually asked about having me test for Celiac's disease, something I'd not heard of at the time. Go figure, she was right. Something no other doctor even CONSIDERED me having for the past 5+ years.

Not sure why all of the negative comments are appearing here. Having been a patient at this clinic for years, I have seen front desk staff, MAs, nurses, and doctors bust their butts to provide efficient and compassionate patient care often in the setting of short staffing in all of the above care groups, the pandemic, and in the face of some of the rudest and most self-entitled people I have ever seen.Get a grip folks, you're not the only people needing medical care in these most difficult times. There are other human beings whose needs are perhaps greater than yours.
