West Point Optical Group - Rochester Hills

I mistakenly missed my appointment 2 days earlier. The staff not only overlooked my error but also graciously invited me as a walk in.The eye doctor was thorough, displayed and explained my healthy eye pictures, and was supportive of my trial of contacts. I hadn't tried contacts in 25 years. The staff made sure I could insert and remove them. I am waiting for them to call me back, since my eyes were too irritated by the contacts, and I asked how to proceed to obtain glasses (if my prescription indicated new glasses are needed) instead.

Dr. Clark and his staff are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I'm pleased to be able to continue meeting with Dr. Clark following many years of diagnoses and the purchase of glasses. When I picked up my new pair of glasses, my vision in the right eye was still distorted. I returned to Dr. Clark for a second appointment. He assured me I would not be charged for this appointment and would not be required to pay for a change in the second lens. I was delighted with Pearl Vision's guarantee of satisfaction. I look forward to returning to the shop to pick up my glasses once the lens has been replaced. Thank you very much.

Staff is always super helpful, kind, welcoming, informative, and they all have the best attitudes. Dr Clark is great with people if all ages. My daughter never complains about coming here. Couldn’t ask for a better eye doctor than Dr. Clark!!
