The staff is really friendly and helpful, the reception area is cute and clean with free beverages, and they are upfront about pricing. The buy one get one half off for the laser hair removal makes the pricing reasonable. I can't speak to the effectiveness yet as I just finished my first session.
I used Rochester Laser for Morpheus & Forma treatments and had great results. I waited to see if it reduced the need for Botox and it definitely did! Lines around my eyes, mouth and forehead were reduced & I've gone 9 months now needing Botox. I admit I had never had a laser procedure and was terrified afterward as you are red & inflamed from the Morpheus but would do it again for the skin rejuvenation! Rochester Laser was great supplying proper product to use afterward.
The employees are extremely welcoming. Nurse Dawn not only makes me look great, but I always feel amazing after our appointments. I definitely recommend.
