I wanted to write and express my deep appreciation for Katie. The deep clean of my home, was fantastic! The service was outstanding, exceptional, reliable, dependable, and extremely professional. She was very knowledgeable, very direct and had great communication skills to explain what, how and why certain services were needed. Katie arrived at my home on time, and immediately surveyed the work and began to do the deep clean. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable person that is trustworthy to clean your home. Katie did an amazing job!!! She was punctual, did another walk through with me before starting to make sure she was covering everything I wanted done, she is pleasant, listens and goes above and beyond. Her litle touches were the icing in the cake and put an ever bigger smile on my face. I would recommend her without hesitation, wish I could rate her a 10 on here!!!
