Your first encounter at a medical office is the front desk staff and they can make or break an experience. They were delightful and helpful, I have limited experience in medical offices, but would be completely satisfied if all of my experiences went this way.Once I was checked in and in my room the conversations were fluid and insightful, with all of my questions being answered and usually before I even had to ask them. I felt as if I was their only patient and had their entire focus. A truly peaceful medical visit.

Whenever we have an "urgent care" type of need, we always head to OMG where we have always experienced excellent care. This past weekend we had a similar need and received top-notch help from Nicole, Eddy, and Hannah.

We have long used OMG' Urgent Care service and had an especially good experience yesterday that was worthy of comment. Stephanie greeted us with a smile and quickly got us processed in. Then the M.A. Nicole, promptly got us screened and made the patient feel relaxed and cared for. Finally, the P.A., Rachel ,quickly and accurately assessed the problem and provided prompt and effective treatment. We heartily recommend them should you have the need for caring and efficient care!
