Bob and the team were straightforward and easy to work with for the cremation process for a loved one. Thank you for communicating all the options and answering all of our many questions!!
we just met with Bob to help with our mothers services- he was such a blessing. He walked us though the entire horrible experience. He was caring, honest and full of grace while we asked a TON of questions. He also gladly took care of every detail that we hadn't even thought of- We never felt rushed and he explained the various options to us and never made us feel like we were a bother. My family will be forever grateful for him- THANK YOU
Very disappointed! The preparation of my mother was excellent, no complaints with that. However the funeral director, a high school classmate, fellow East Detroit resident and someone I at least knew on an informal basis completed botched the rest of the funeral experience. My sister and I requested the eulogy be given at the Resurrection Chapel with the burial of my mother to follow. When we got to the Chapel, we were directed directly to the gravesite with the funeral director stating that we did not request the Chapel eulogy. My sister was with me when we made the request.
