If I could leave no star I would. Sitting in a waiting room for 1 hr 45 minutes is unacceptable! Other people work and most appointments can be done on an hour lunch, not this place, they like people to sit in their waiting room all damn day and waste my valuable work hours waiting to see a Dr. This is totally rude and unacceptable for a practice to do this to people.

They truly need to work on their appointment system. Every single time I go in for an appointment, it is at least a 2 hour ordeal. Usually longer. Most of that time ia spent sitting and waiting. My time is valuable.

They fail to tell you if you have molina they only cover exam not the glasses. So now I have to figure out how to get glasses. Eye places you have to do exam to get the glasses. And inc only pays for it every two years. Not sure if other inc are affect. So figured I would share this.
