Kustom's Superintendent Steve Withrow was amazing throughout the entire process of restoring four rooms of our home damaged by flooding due to a valve burst. He came to our rescue and took the lead to get our repairs back on track after some lag time passed between our insurance adjuster and project manager. As soon as he came into the picture repairs sped up noticeably. Steve was also available for a phone call inquiry even when out of town. He was extremely prompt and courteous responding to all phone calls, texts and emails. Ashley, Alice, Julie, Zac and Taylor (all of whom are incredibly warm and professional) moved a dining room full of china and crystal in record time and in pristine condition. They exceeded my high expectations! Wonderful service!!
