“After reading the posted reviews I felt I should relate my past experience with GEM construction. About three winters ago we had a strong winter storm come thru and blew the cover to my solar light off. Not knowing who to call I ended up calling GEM construction and spoke with Gary Moody. Within an hour he was at my house and up on the roof. I have a 10/12 pitch on the roof and he was up there with the help of one of his assistants. I found the cover and he replaced and secured while here. On another time (about a year ago) I hired him to replace a service door to my garage and he did a great job. One other time within the past two years I had an issue with a vent to my attic and he responded and took care of the problem. Very happy with his response and work.“

After the driveway was done, I asked for a quote on siding to match the garage and we agreed that his company would also be hired for my siding. He even went above and beyond to help with the odd sizing of the soffit put together by the previous owner. This was all done in a few months. I'm happy with his work and have not had an issue yet!“
