we called Family Heating and Cooling Saturday morning but they were booked up. they asked what the problem was and when we told them they squeezed us in. not only squeezed us in but arrived an hour and a half before they said they would. turned out our problem is a plumbing issue, which they don't do. but when most professional service providers like electricians charge a ton just to show up, Family H&C didn't. the whole service call only cost about $280 and that included installing a digital thermostat.
Andrew was very knowledgeable and came to fix my mothers air conditioner. He was not only polite but patient and kind.It had stopped working and was only blowing hot air. He came out in the pouring rain and did whatever he could to fix it at a reasonable cost. We could not have been any happier. Definitely recommend this company and recommend Andrew! 5 star rating.
Incrediable service and quality. Everyone from the quote, schedule and service were professional. They were also very quick working w/ the manufaturer for the warranty parts. A high recommend.
