“Knowing full well that the style, look and finish of the door existed that we wanted…because we saw it on Pinterest…ha ha..and unable to get it at two large door/window distributors in Ann Arbor, we realized we had to go somewhere else.
That somewhere else ended up being Pure Energy Window Company.
Right away from our initial show room visit we knew we were going to find what we needed here!

Jeremy in sales, everyone in the office who kept us up to date on the build and scheduling of install and the professional team of installers, Nick, Jack and Colin, knocked it out of the park!
The door not only looks awesome but the feel of the door…the weight, the operation of the hardware, the stain finish looks like I might have paid much more than I did.
My neighbors are actually stopping in the street and gawking at my beautiful door…luckily I got the privacy glass so I can’t see them!
This company is truly customer oriented as I have had 2 follow up calls since install to remind us that the warranty info was on the way and to see if we had any issues with the door.

“Exceptional customer service. I bought a new home for my family in the summer of 2024 that had a roof put on by Weather Seal back in 2019. Once we moved in we started having a significant water leak in the roof. Knowing that it was Weather Seal that had installed I reached out to the owner Al to tell him my dilemma. He said he would look into the address to verify that it was correct and that the work was still under warranty. Well, Al was not only a man of his word and called me back. He also was a man of integrity and honored his warranty. Within a week he sent out a very professional and polite young man by the name of Joey. Joey went above and beyond. He went up on the roof identified the problem and fixed it in short order and left me with extra shingles. As for someone who was in sales for over 20 years I find it rare these days to find a company that not only stands behind their word. But also provides great customer service. “3 pane, 8’ doorwall to replace our older ones with a rotting frame. The new windows look spectacular! Smooth, easy open and close, and superb insulation. The color was a pretty good match for existing paint. All for a price much better than expected. Only knock is the bottom track is black, which doesn’t match trim or floor. But we don’t even notice any more.

“I had a window that was leaking, and prior to having this company come out I had my HOA seal the overhang because I suspected that was the issue. When the gentlemen arrived he agreed with me that the overhang was the issue and I shouldn’t have a problem going forward. I had him come look inside at some flaking drywall around the frame and asked him if he thought there was serious damage underneath I should address. He said that the damage was minimal and that I shouldn’t worry about it. I appreciated the honesty and him not trying to sell me a window or repair I didn’t need!“

There was a major issue with the first pour, and I of course was nervous because in my experience companies typically spend more money trying to fix an issue so it’s “good enough”, or they will offer you a small discount for things being wrong. NOT Rock Solid.

Rob, the concrete manager, came out the following morning. He was there for about 2.4 minutes and he says, “I wouldn’t let this patio be at my families house, I’m not letting it fly here either. We’re ripping it out and making it perfect.”

Sure, it sucked to not have a patio for 2 extra weeks. But, things go wrong. Crap happens. It’s how Rob, Katie and the entire Rock Solid Team handled it. They didn’t once try to pressure me into letting it be fine. They did every single thing right. They prioritized my job to make it perfect, Rob was onsite during the framing and entire pour to ensure it went smoothly. I changed about 243 things as the framing went along, because of the crew and Rob’s input. I’ve never purchased a nearly 1,000sq ft patio. So when it comes to knowing what will look good, and what looks cheap I trust Rock Solid 110%. The crew noticed some of the decisions I made wouldn’t look the best, so they made recommendations as well. What kinda concrete crew cares enough about the customer to do that? Yeah, Rock Solid does. Every time it was more work, harder cuts, trickier pours and they didn’t bat an eye.

End result is amazing. For my troubles Rob ensured to spruce it up in his own way, taking design control when asked because he truly does want you to be happy. That’s all Rock Solid cares about. What a pleasure it was to work with Rob, Katie, Jake and the entire crew.

If I EVER need anything within Rock Solids purview, bet your bottom dollar I’m calling Rob.“
