My daughter actually referred me and then my mom who had recently had hip replacement and sciatica. When I saw the improvement in my mom’s gate and posture it was a no brainer for me. She was going to PT but it was too painful. I carry my stress in my shoulder and neck and it was starting to affect my sleep. Booked my first appt and now I’m hooked! look forward to my weekly appts
