Jim was fast to respond to our call after we found a small leak, he came around at a convenient time, he took care of it immediately, answered questions, and was all around super helpful and professional. And he did all of that during a timeframe where I was still waiting on replies from other companies in the area. I definitely recommend calling these folks.

Four days after high winds and a tornado touched down near us, we discovered our roof was leaking. I spoke to Ed around 11:30. He said he was headed out our way (because of the many homes damaged) and he would stop and take a look. Even after his long day, he made it to our house around 7:00.
