Had a unique drainage system problem in my basement and they gave me multiple solutions and options for the problem. Nick was courteous and extremely helpful. Will be calling again if we need more done.
I was desperate needed a plumber called ottogan. They gave me an estimated time they were here in that time frame. I was so happy to have same day service. Had a water heater installed. Nice gentlemen service. Easy to talk to. Not a drop of water on the floor. If I need a plumber in the future they are on my list. Thank you
After not having a functional kitchen for 5 months these guys were able to fix it within 24 hours of my call. They were efficient and as clean as plumbers can be. They took the time to make me aware of my situation in great detail and kindly answered every question I had. Pricing was extremely fair as well. I will not be using a different company for my plumbing needs as long as I'm in the area. 10/10 would recommend.
