John was one of the most personable technicians I've ever had work on my furnace. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why he felt some additional work needed to be done.
Nic is everything a Master Plumber should be - extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain the cause of the issue and how the ‘fix’ works. Highly recommended!
John was able to come quickly thanks to a cancellation in the schedule and he got us a fix for a very old furnace/AC system that could get us through season until a permanent solution could be found.
