Beautiful setting; skilled teachers. I had the privilege of taking a slow flow class taught by the owner, Denise. She is a class act. Loved the flow, cues, and music. I’ll be returning!

My first practice here I knew I was at home. The teachers are some of the best I have had the pleasure of practicing with. I have learned a lot about myself and my practice since practicing with Jen and Denise. I have learned to push when necessary and back off when I need to. The flows that they create are on point! Do yourself a favor and check this studio out!

Samadhi yoga Center is fantastic. I've been out of practice for years, unfortunately, and finally went to the current location. It's small and intimate. Dimly lit, and I've now gone to 2 classes with 2 different instructors, Denise and Rikita. Both are phenomenal, sweet, and personable. Judgment free and got me feeling great in my body again. I felt so great that I got an unlimited 2 month package. By the way, if you're new to the practice, there's a great deal for you! I CANNOT wait to go back tomorrow ❤️
