Dr. Rosenbaum does not have good patient etiquette. I saw him twice and in the 3 hours between two visits I spoke with him for 5 minutes. It's clear he's taking on too many patients and when he does come in he's very short and doesn't give you any reassurance. The office staff seems unorganized and doesn't make the patients experience seamless. If you're referred to him please do yourself a favor and run.

I was considering this practice as a new patient. However, the individual that I met on the phone was not at all welcoming, and short/curt. She probably meant no harm, but all I could think was this is what I'd have to deal with while inquiring about any health issues....Ummmm no.

I spoke to someone regarding my uncle’s new orders, Sandi? Or Tammy was soooo disgusting and mean and condescending. I fear for my uncles care because of how they were so rude to me on the phone with him present. Very sad that he had to deal with such a disgusting unexpectable behavior.
