Always a great experience. Nice office space, fabulous staff and great prices. Was a patient of Dr. Roubos on the other side of the state and very happy he is now here in East Lansing!
This was the best experience I’ve ever had with an optometrist. I’ve felt for a long time like my contacts prescription wasn’t exactly right, but I saw two other optometrists and they weren’t helpful. The optometrist here (I feel bad that I didn’t get his name) was so enthusiastic about helping me see the best that I potentially could. He truly seemed to enjoy his job and take pride in helping me. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but it was an especially positive experience. 10/10 recommend!
I’m a patient for life now. Dr. Roubos was professional and considerate. The front of office staff were lovely as well. Also this is the first eye doctor I’ve ever seen that gave me my written prescription without having to ask for it.
