The front desk staff is nice. However, the accountant who was helping me out didn't had appropriate knowledge. At one point, I felt that I was the teacher and he was the student. I was googling ways to save my taxes and giving him suggestions to 'do it that way'. I needed an appointment for another purpose, and the accountant was not nice enough to give me appointment after filing my 2017 tax. The accountant due to his busy schedule asked me to take appointment after 2 months. He never responded after several emails sent for requesting appointment with him. He would never take any call or respond to any call. Thank you, I learned my lesson.
