The agent/locksmith was warm, friendly, courteous, pleasant, and funny. I'm not only glad I called them, but also I am glad that they are still around. They were my first choice and are my only choice.
They have great customer service. I called to verify they had a key in stock for my daughters car. When I arrived, they had it ready for me. Great price and it took no time to cut.
Received fast, professional, and friendly service. The technician replaced two locks, changed out one knob, rekeyed that knob, and provided duplicate keys for a very reasonable rate. I’ll be using Fred’s for all of my future locksmith needs.
